GUARANTEE, TERMS &
CONDITIONS (PERMANENT EMPLOYEES)

Thank you for giving us the opportunity of
working with your organisation, we assure you that our full attention is given
to your interests.

INTRODUCTION

 

Rosslyn Personnel is a dynamic
consulting firm with various experts in its employ to handle all our clients
business needs on all levels.

FEE STRUCTURE

We will deal with your company on a fee of 12.5% , although our normal fee is
15%
of the applicant’s total annual structured remuneration package
(including all benefits).  All fees are excluding VAT.

The fee becomes due, owing and payable on the
day that the applicant commences his/her employment with your organisation,
regardless of the terms and conditions of such applicant’s employment with your
organisation and payment must be received by us within 10 (ten) days from such
date.

In the event of late payment, it is hereby
recorded that you will be liable for interest on the outstanding amounts at a
rate of 3 (three) percent per annum higher than that of the prime lending rate
as prescribed from time to time by the South African Reserve Bank.

GUARANTEE

If payment is received within 10 (ten) days,
after the date on which the applicant commenced employment with your
organisation you will be entitled to the Guarantee as is set out below, namely;

In the event of:

-                     
the applicant resigning

-                     
termination of services by mutual agreement

-                     
dismissal of the applicant

Within the guarantee period of 60 (sixty)
days, we are to be notified in writing, thereof within 24 (twenty-four) hours
of such event.

We are to be afforded a reasonable opportunity
to replace the applicant.

The above guarantee will not apply to
Retrenchment, Unfair Labour Practice or company relocation.

GENERAL

To protect the applicant’s present position,
no references may be taken without the prior approval from the applicant or
ourselves and all information regarding the applicant is to be treated as strictly
confidential.

Should an applicant, introduced by Rosslyn
Personnel, be appointed by your company within a period of 12 (twelve) months
from date thereof, these terms and conditions will apply.

Should an applicant be referred to another
branch, division or subsidiary of your company, or introduced to any other
employer by yourselves, within a period of 12 (twelve) months from date thereof
these terms and conditions will apply.

Should your organisation feel the need to have
the applicant be employed on a probation period, the Conditions of Employment
for contract workers must become effective.

It is also
hereby agreed that any future business entered into and between ROSSLYN
PERSONNEL and yourselves shall be conducted in accordance with the before-mentioned
Terms & Conditions.

AND CONDITIONS AND FAX IT BACK TO US BEFORE ANY CV’s WILL BE FORWARDED TO YOUR
COMPANY.
